Ingredients

1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese

4-5 egg whites

1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)

Optional:

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 banana

Preparation

Blend all items except fruit until batter is consistent. Stir in fruit if desired. Pour 1/4 cup worth of mixture into a heated oiled frying pan. Cook until golden brown on one side and repeat.

Top with sugar free/fat free syrup if desired.
