Ingredients
2oz. Maker’s Mark
75oz. Lemon Juice
.5oz. Egg White
.75 oz. Simple Syrup
Preparation
Tools: Boston Shaker Set; Hawthrone Strainer Glass: Sour/Old Fashined
Place all ingredients in a mixing glass and dry shake to emulsify egg, and ice and shake again.
Strain into a chilled Sour glass.
Garnish with a “fruit flag.”
