Ingredients

1/2 lb. Prosciuto, thinly sliced

1 package Basil leaves

1 package Arugula

2 Mangos, sliced

Preparation

Take one slice of Proscuito and lay it flat. Take one leaf Basil and lay it on top of the Prosciuto. Put three trimmed Arugula leaves on top of the Basil. Place a slice of mango on top of the Arugula. Wrap the Prosciuto tightly around the mango. Pepper,chill, and serve.
