Ingredients
12 fresh figs
6 ounces Gorgonzola
2 tb of finely chopped walnuts
2 bunches italian parsley finely chopped (1/2 cup)
8 ounces prosciuto
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450F Quarter figs from stem leaving base and place on baking sheet Mix ingredients in mixing bowl and with a tablespoon stuff the figs Bake figs 8-10mins Place 3 slices prosciuto with 3 figs in a plate and serve!
