Ingredients
1/2 C Butter. 2 Tbsp Sugar or Splenda. 1 C flour. 1&1/2 C packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. bkg.pwd
2 T flour
1/2 C grated coconut
1 C chopped walnuts. 1 tsp. vanilla.
Preparation
Cream 1/2 C butter, 2 T Splenda, & 1 C flour tog. Spread in greased 9x13 pan & bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Remove from oven & set aside. Beat eggs well & then add the rest of the ingredients, mixing well. Spread over the caked crust & bake for 20 min. at 350 degrees. Remove & cut into squares when slightly cooled.
