Ingredients
4 cups broth
1/2 head cauliflower
1 cup (frozen) green beans
1 onion
1 carrot
1 stalk celery (with leaves)
1 tbsp butter
Preparation
Saute in butter the carrot, celery and onion which have been diced. Add cauliflower and beans to broth and cook until very tender. Blenderize the soup base. Add other veggies and salt & pepper to taste.
