Ingredients

a jar of bertolli pasta sauce (you pick!)… i prefer the tomato & basil because it’s kid friendly.

one small onion

mushrooms

black olives

one can of peas

one can of chicken

pinch of cinnamon

2 tablespoons sugar

1 lbs. pasta (your choice and cook to your liking)we use riggatoni noodles.

Preparation

start boiling your water for your pasta. (cook to your liking) then begin sauce: in a 5 quart pan… saute onion in olive oil…. adding mushrooms. drain chicken and break apart into pan… warm slightly. add sauce, cinnamon, sugar, olives and peas… and while on simmer setting, bring to a boil.

drain pasta and serve sauce over it… delicious!
