Ingredients

1/2 cup canola or grapeseed oil

1/2 cup olive oil

1/3 cup white corn syrup

1/3 cup Prickly Pear cactus syrup

1 teaspoon white Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

fresh garlic in cloves, to taste

fresh onion, diced, to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and run the machine until the dressing has homogenized itself. It should be a ruby pink color and the flavor will be unique.
