Ingredients

salad:

2 c. precooked quinoa

3 T raw sunflower seeds

1/4 c chopped raw cashews

12-15 sliced raw almonds

1/2 c cooked green peas

10-15 sliced olives

4-5 finely chopped broccoli heads

1/2 stalk finely chopped celery

1/2 c finely chopped purple onion

1/2 c carrot pulp or shredded carrot

3 T diced pimiento

1/2 c finely chopped tomato

Dressing:

2 T olive oil

3 T Flavored vinegar

1 T Bragg’s

1-2 packets stevia

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1 T oregano

1 T parsley

1 T sage

Preparation

May add/subtract to ingredient list. Salad can stand alone as a main dish. It’s best if it sits for a couple of hours, but the tomatoes may get mushy so add them at the last minute.
