Ingredients

2 lbs. chicken parts

1 medium onion (peeled & sliced in half)

1 stalk celery roughly chopped

1 carrot roughly chopped

2 sprigs parsley

6 peppercorns

1 tsp. thyme

1 bayleaf

salt to taste

6 cups water

Preparation

put all ingredients in pressure cooker. Bring to pressure and cook 30 minutes. Release pressure and drain through sieve.
