Ingredients

300g Bow pasta

1/2 cup sugar peas

1 tbspn oil

3 tspn cornflour

400g green king prawns shelled and deveined

375ml light and creamy evaporated milk

1 clove garlic

1 tspn dijon mustard

1 leek thinly sliced

1/2 cup grated tasty cheese

1/2 cup sliced snow peas

Preparation

Cook pasta as per directions

Heat oil in pan add prawns stir over high heat till cooked remove from pan Reduce heat add garlic and leek to pancook one minute

Add peas cook for a further 1 minute Add combined evaporated milk cornflour and mustard stir till sauce boils and thickens stir in prawns and cheese and pour over pasta
