Ingredients

9 oz school prawns, shelled & deveined.

1 tbsp mayonnaise

1/2 cup grated carrot

squeeze of lemon juice

Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and place approximately 2-3 tsp of filling at one and of each slice of bread then roll up. Brush rolls with melted butter and place a roll on a sandwich maker. Toast for 2 minutes.
