Ingredients
1 lb fresh cooked shrimp
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 T minced green onion
1 T minced green pepper
1 T minced celery
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
fresh parsley
1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
1/4 tsp salt
4-5 drops tabasco sauce
dash of pepper
36 rounds of bread cut with cookie cutter
Preparation
Cut shrimp into fine pieces, drain. Mix shrimp with all other ingredients. Correct seasonings to taste. Chill. Mound a heap of shrimp mixture on each round of bread. Garnish with parsley
