Ingredients

1 cup pecans

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup light brown sugar

2 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons cream/milk

Pinch of salt

Wax paper

Preparation

  1. Put brown sugar, butter, milk and salt in a small pan and heat over a medium heat, stirring constantly.
  2. When you see a FULL rolling boil, stir and cook for 67 seconds then remove from heat.
  3. Add pecans and vanilla.
  4. Stir until cool to the touch and translucent.
  5. Drop from spoon onto wax paper. Caution: Do not let it get cool in the pan.
