Ingredients
1 cup pecans
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons cream/milk
Pinch of salt
Wax paper
Preparation
- Put brown sugar, butter, milk and salt in a small pan and heat over a medium heat, stirring constantly.
- When you see a FULL rolling boil, stir and cook for 67 seconds then remove from heat.
- Add pecans and vanilla.
- Stir until cool to the touch and translucent.
- Drop from spoon onto wax paper. Caution: Do not let it get cool in the pan.
