Ingredients
1/4 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons Water
3 Cups Pecan Halves
Preparation
Melt butter in a large glass mixing bowl. Stir in the brown sugar, spices and water. Return to microwave and cook for one minute. Add pecans and stir to coat well. Microwave for four to five minutes, stirring well after each minute. Spread cooked nuts onto parchment paper to cool. Nuts should have a sugary coating after cooling. If not, return to microwave and cook several minutes more.
