Ingredients

one cup praline pecans

one cup large strawberries-quartered

field greens

basalmic vinegar

olive oil

French’s honey mustard

garlic

Splenda

sugar

dash of salt and pepper

(optional: hearts of palm)

Preparation

in a large bowl put 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 Tbsp French’s honey mustard, 3 Tbsp Splenda, 3 Tbsp sugar, 3 Tbsp olive oil and mix. Add 2 Tbsp. basalmic vinegar and mix. Add praline pecans, strawberries, mixed greens and toss. Serve. (Add hearts of palm-cut lengthwise, if desired.)
