CHEESECAKE

12 oz cream cheese, softened

2 eggs

2/3 c. sweetened condensed

milk

1/3 c. sugar

1 t. vanilla

PRALINE TOPPING

1/2 c. packed brown sugar

1/2 c. whipping cream

1/2 c. chopped pecans

1 t. vanilla

Preparation

Same as for 48 serving recipe, however use a 8x8x2-inch baking pan.
