cup shredded carrot

tablespoons shelled sunflower seeds

tablespoons honey

bagels, split, or 8 slices whole wheat bread

Preparation

In small container, combine all ingredients except bagels; mix well. Spread mixture on 4 bagel halves or bread slices; top with remaining bagel halves or bread slices.
