Ingredients

2 cups sugar

1 cup butter

5 eggs

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla

2 1/4 cups flour

1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F. In food processor cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add sour cream, milk, and vanilla; blend until creamy. Add flour and salt; blend just until moistened, scraping down sides of the processor bowl. Pour batter into greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 55-60 minutes. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pans.
