Ingredients
5#’s Idahos (peeld cut to 1/4’thich 1" peices)
Boil to tender then chill
1Lg onion chopped
3 stalks of celery chopped
Salt & Pepper
2 Cups Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1/4 C sugar
2 Tbspoons Frenches Mustard
1/4 C 2% Milk
Preparation
Mix the Salad Dressing, sugar, mustard, & milk in a tall mix bowl with a whip, whip to creamy.
Pour the dressing over the potatoes, onion & celery in a lg baking pan mix gently to cover all, put in a summer serving dish with tight lid and chill for at least 4 hours prior to serving.
