Ingredients

2 Cups Potato Chips of choice

2 Cups Flour (All purpose)

1 Cup Sugar

1 Cup Brown Sugar

1 Cup Shortening

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 Eggs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, cream together the shortening, and all sugars until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, fold in the potato chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto an unprepared cookie sheet.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
