Ingredients
1 - 2 lb bag of hash browns
1 1/2 C - melted butter
1 tsp - Salt
1/4 tsp - pepper
1/2 C Chopped Onion
1 - Can Cream of Chicken
1 C - Milk
1 C - Sour Cream
1 1/2 C - Grated Cheddar
2 C - Crushed Corn Chips
1/2 C - Butter
Preparation
Place frozen hash browns in a 9x13 dish. Mix melted butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, milk, sour cream, and pour in potatoes. Top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Saute cornflakes in 1/2 cup butter. Pour over the potatoes and bake for 25 more minutes.
