Ingredients

5-6 c. Potatoes

3 c. water

4 green onions

4-5 chicken bouillon cubes

4 tbl butter

1 c. heavy whipping cream

1 1/2 c. milk

1 1/4 c. onion

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation

Cook potatoes, water, onion, and cubes until soft. Be sure not to cook to long. Add butter, milk, and cream. Top with green onions and cheese
