Ingredients

4-6 large baking potatoes (bake and scoop out insides and set aside)

2/3 cup butter or margerine

2/3 cup flour

6 cups milk

3/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

2 slices of cooked bacon

1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

8 oz. sour cream or whipped cream cheese

Preparation

Melt butter in large pot and stir in flour until smooth. cook one minute constantly then throw in all other ingredients. Cook until bubbly.
