Ingredients
2 large russet potatoes, diced
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
5 tbsp unsalted butter/margarine
garlic powder + s&p to taste
Preparation
Boil potatoes in salted water for about 12 minutes, or until tender. Mash until smooth.
Mix in butter/margarine until combined, then add the rest of the ingredients to form a dough.
Knead and mold to desired shape. Lightly grease a non-stick pan with either butter/oil and cook until golden brown.
Serve warm with sour cream/butter/cream cheese.
