Ingredients
5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed
6 eggs, hard boiled
1/2 jar miracle whip
1/2 c. relish
1 large onion
1 T. mustard
1 t. celery seed
1 T. salt
4 qt. water
Preparation
In large pot, boil water and salt. Add potatoes. Let return to boil. Boil 5 minutes. In small mixing bowl cut up onion an mix with all other ingredients. Cool potatoes and eggs. Cut eggs into mixture. mix with potatoes in large bowl a little at a time. Reserve one egg for top.
