Ingredients

1-1/2 teaspoons mustard seed

1 teaspoon celery seed

2 tablespoons vinegar

1-1/2 teaspoons salt

1-1/2 cups green onions, finely chopped

5 cups potatoes, cooked, diced

3/4 cup mayonnaise

2 eggs, hard boiled, chopped

Preparation

Soak mustard and celery seeds in vinegar for several hours or overnight. Cook potatoes and peel while they are still warm. Combine seed mixture with salt and green onions. Add potatoes, toss gently. Add mayonnaise and chopped eggs, stir to mix. Chill thoroughly.
