Ingredients

6 potatoes,peeled, diced, boiled

1/2 cup diced cooked carrots

1/2 cup cooked green peas

1 cup garlic mayonnaise

salt & pepper

1 red & 1 green bell pepper roasted, peeled, seeded, and cut into strips.

Preparation

In a bowl, mix all ingredients.

Let stand at room temperature for an hour to improve taste.
