Ingredients

12 Potatoes (medium to large)

6 boiled eggs

1 large onion

1/2 stalk celery

1/2 pint sweet pickles

1 small jar pimento

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1 T mustard

Preparation

Peel potatoes & dice to 1/2 inch cubes Boil in a pan with water covering only 3/4 of potatoes. (Be careful not to over cook) Drain and let cool Chop egg, celery, onion, pickles, pimento and mix with potatoes Mix mayonnaise & mustard in a cup, then mix with potatoes. Add salt & pepper to taste sprinkle paprika on top to serve.
