Ingredients
1 1/2 cups firmly packed mashed potatoes
1 egg holk
1 tsp butter
Salt & pepper
Aerosol non-stick cooking spray.
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except cooking spray. Spray grill plates with spray. Distribute the potato mixture evenly into the flour scallop moulds. Lower lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
