Ingredients

1 Large onion, finely grated

6 Large potatoes, peeled and finely grated

3 eggs slightly beaten

¼ cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

Melted butter or oil for frying

Preparation

Combine 1st 6 ingredients. Ladle batter (about ¼ cup) onto hot greased fry-pan. Brown pancakes on both sides. Serve hot with sour cream or applesauce.
