Ingredients
1# russet potatoes
2/3C flour
1 egg
3 oz onion (minced)
1.5t baking powder
.5 t nutmeg
2 oz vegetable oil
S&P to taste
Preparation
1.Peel and grate potatoes 2.Mix flour and baking powder 3.Add beaten egg, flour, onion, and mix well. 4.Heat oil. 5.Make patty (1/2 in. thick) and cook until golden. Turn and cook. 6.Remove from pan and drain.
