Ingredients

1 medium boiled potato

2 tbsp very finely diced onion

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

1/4 cube melted butter

Preparation

Put all ingredients into bowl of Kitchen Aid and then beat at #4 until a smooth paste is formed. Add more butter if too thick.

Put into a piping bag (or a heavy plastic bag with the corner cut off) and pip ont a baking tray, round and flat. They should be about one or two bites big.

Bake at 350 degrees until the tops are golden brown.

Serve with sour cream and chives dip, or any dip that you may prefer.
