Ingredients

10 medium potatoes thin sliced

1 large sweet onion thin sliced

salt/pepper to taste

squirt butter

shredded cheese (mild or sharp)

paprika (slight shake over top)

Preparation

Slice potatoes thin and add to them sliced thin onions. Squirt butter from bottle across the top generously. Shake paprika sparingly after buttered. Wrap all in aluminum foil and cook for 12-15 minutes over hot grill. The last few minutes cooking, sprinkle with shredded cheese. Enjoy!
