Ingredients
6 large Idaho potatoes, cubed, boiled
2 leeks (just whites), chopped
5 cloves garlic, chopped
2 c. cream
salt and pepper to taste
3 T. butter
Bourbon barrel hot sauce
Preparation
Saute leeks in butter until just starting to color. Add potatoes, garlic. Cook until potatoes start to color. Add cream, salt and pepper and hot sauce to taste.
