Ingredients
1 lb refrig pizza dough - cornmeal for pan - 2 sm leeks halved & thinly sliced lengthwise - 2 med red bliss potatoes thinly sliced - 1 tsp thyme - kosher salt & pepper - 3 tbl olive oil - 1 oz grated gruyere - 5 oz mixed greens
Preparation
roll dough on lightly floured surface to 1/4 " thick - sprinkle baking sheet c cornmeal & place dough on top
combine leeks, pots, thyme, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper & 1 1/2 tbl of oil in lg bowl - scatter pot mix over dough & sprinkle c cheese
bake until golden, about 20 mins
slice into wedges & transfer to plates - divide greens among plates - sprinkly c 1/4 tsp salt & drizzle c remaining oil
