Ingredients

1 pound bag hash browns

1 onion (cut up and sauté in water)

1 can Cream of Chicken soup

8 oz. of sour cream

1 cup grated cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine onion, soup, sour cream, and cheese in a microwave safe dish. Microwave about 4 minutes, until it makes a “smooth” sauce. Put hash browns in baking dish, and then pour sauce over them. Top with crunched corn cereal if you like extra texture.

Bake 45 min to an hour.
