Ingredients

2 lb. bag of frozen, cubed hash brown potatoes

Salt and pepper

1 can cream of roasted garlic mushroom soup

1 stick melted butter

16 ox. sour cream

3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup milk

6 oz. can french fried onions

Preparation

Thaw hashbrown potatoes in 9 x 13 casserole dish.

Miox soup, butter, sour cream, cheese, milk, 1/2 cup of french fried onions and the salt and pepper . Pour over the potatoes and stir well.

Top with remaining french fried onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
