Ingredients

5/8 cup soy milk

3/8 cup potato water

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

1 1/2 cups bread flour

1/3 cup mashed potato

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 cup butter (or oil)

1 1/2 tbsp honey

2 tsp dry active yeast

Preparation

In a bread machine, start with soy milk and end with yeast. Either set on dough setting and let rise an additional 20 minutes before baking at 350 degrees for 30 minutes OR light crust setting.
