Ingredients
Casserole:
6-8 potatoes boiled in skins till slightly firm.
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken
16 oz. sour cream
1/3 c. green onions, chopped
Topping:
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. cornflakes
2 T. butter
Preparation
Grate potatoes into 9x13 pan. Mix cream of chicken, sour cream ,onions, and butter. Pour over potatoes. Pour topping mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes
