2 cans of chick. Stock

Half an onion

3T flour

3 slices of bacon

1/2 c half and half

I clove garlic

Butter

Grated chedder

Preparation

Fry bacon, set aside Saute garlic and, onion until tender Add flour Add stock gradually Bring to boil Add cubed potatoes Simmer until potatoes are soft Mash potatoes in broth Last few minutes- add half and half, bacon chopped, grated cheese
