Ingredients
1 (2 pound) package frozen diced hash browns
1 stick margarine or butter
1 cup onion, chopped
8 ounces shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 pint sour cream
Topping:
2 cups Corn Flakes
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except potatoes (and topping) together. Combine with potatoes and place in a greased baking dish. Combine melted margarine with corn flakes and top casserole. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 1/2 hours.
