Ingredients

onion, diced

roasted potatoes cut into bite sized pieces

peas

corn

nutritional yeast

chili

salt and pepper

egg

Preparation

Cut everything into bite sized pieces. Fry the onion in a bit of olive oil. Add the potatoes (I used roasted ones because I had them in the fridge and also because it is faster this way) and brown them. Now mix in the rest of the ingredients and spices. Season to taste.
