Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs pot roast
1/4 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 Tbs onion Flakes
3 cloves garlic
1/4 c red wine
1 TB worchester sauce
2 TB soy sauce
1 1/2 TB Maple syrup
1/4 c dried cranberries
1/2 c water (or more)
Preparation
Dredge Roast in flour/onion flakes salt & pepper. Rub mixutre all over meat.
Mix wine, sauces, syrup, water, garlic and cranberries.
Put roast in crock pot, cover with wet mixture.Mixture should cover roast. If not add more water.
Cook low 6 - 8 hours. Also can cook in a dutch oven in a slow oven (300º)
