Ingredients

4 TBSP OLIVE OIL

1 POT ROAST

1 LARGE ONION

BEEF BULLION CUBE W/ WATER

1 ½ CUPS OF WATER

CARROTS

POTATOES

2 TBS KETCHUP

2 TBS MUSTARD (SPICEY)

SALT/ PEPPER & BAY LEAF

Preparation

PUT OIL IN POT, THEN BROWN MEAT ON ALL SIDES. ADD A CUT UP ONION, 1 1/2 CUP OF WATER & FINISHED BEEF BROTH. COOK FOR ½ HOUR. ADD KETCHUP AND MUSTARD, COOK FOR TWO HOURS. THEN ADD CARROTS, POTATOES AND BAY LEAF. COOK FOR ½ HOUR.
