Ingredients
1 tablespoon oil
1 pound of hot or mild Portuguese chourico, casings removed and crumbled
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow onion
1 package of Portuguese rolls or hamburger buns
Preparation
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add chourico, cook until color appears and it is thoroughly cooked. Add peppers and onions and stir constantly. Saute for a couple of minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
Serve in Portuguese rolls or in hamburger buns.
