roasted garlic
1/3 c feta
1/3 c creme fraiche
1/3 c buttermilk
3 tbsp oregano
2 tsp honey
2 tbsp red wine vinegar

Salad:
Spinach
radicchio
marinated portobellos
rpasted and peeled red peppers
red onion
Preparation
mix drsg. marinate portobellos in garlic, lemon zest, wine, balsamic, oil and chili flakes. grill after marinade soaks in.
