Ingredients

1 low carb flour or wheat tortilla

1-2 Tbsp. pizza sauce

2-3 Tbsp. low fat mozzaralla cheese shreaded

1 tsp. marinated mushrooms (chopped)

1 tsp. jarred sweet pepper mix (chopped)

Preparation

Spread pizza sauce over tortilla. Spread remainder of ingredients over. Make 2 small turns to roll up then tuck in sides and finish rolling. Place in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Place in lunch bag with a frozen juice box to keep fresh.
