Ingredients
12 oz sliced portabellas mushrooms
4 slices of backon
1 small onion
2 garlic clovs
1/4 TS thyme
1/4 TS rosemary
1 c of water
1 pack of crumbled blue cheese
Preparation
- Slice backon, onion, garlick
- Cook bakon till is brawn. Add garlic and onion and stir frequebly, until onion is softened, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in thyme and rosemary.
- Add mushrooms and cover pot. Let is heat and add water. Let it cook till mushrooms are sofened.
- Reduce hit and add blue cheese crumbs. Mix everything till cheese will dissolve in nice smooth sauce.
