Ingredients

1 pound of portabellas

10 cloves of garlic

1 8oz pack of cream cheese

1 cup of red wine vinger

1 teaspoon of terragone

1 loaf of french bread slice thin

Preparation

clean off your pound of portabellas , place them in a food processor with garlic until blended well. place portabellas in a bowl and put to the side. put cream cheese in food processor and red wine slowly until redwine is gone, add terragon. make sure portabella and garlice mixer are creamy as well as the cream cheese and red wine mixer. fold the cream cheese into the portabella mixer until all mix together. let it chill for about 2 hours . garnish with red bell pepper and serve with a loaf of french .
